CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to change or cancel your booking, please contact our team directly. You will not be charged for cancellations, however ‘no shows’ on Friday or Saturday evenings will be charged $25 per guest.
UNDERAGE GUEST POLICY
SUNDAY-THURSDAY EVENINGS | Underage guests are welcome with adult supervision. Where possible, please advise us in advance if underage guests will be attending your reservation.
FRIDAY & SATURDAY NIGHTS | As per our house policy, underage guests are kindly asked to vacate the venue by 9pm. When making a reservation, please let us know if any guests will be underage. After 9pm, The Howling Moon operates as an adult only venue.
PRIVATE FUNCTIONS | Underage guests are permitted at private functions with adult supervision. However, we do recommend that underage guests vacate the venue by 9pm.
